Returns & Exchanges

At SVA Couture, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all SVA Couture garment tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
